Acron International
Technology Limited has developed a series of innovative air filters,
the AcronZ Filters, for purifying the indoor environment from airborne
chemical pollutants. AcronZ Filters are specifically designed to
offer high removal efficiency for hazardous and toxic gases, Volatile
Organic Compounds (TVOCs), carbon dioxide (CO2), radon,
ozone (O3), and unpleasant odors. When compared to the
more commonly used carbon filters, AcronZ Filters have an extended
life, which results in the benefit of reduced operational costs.
AcronZ Filters
have a wide variety of applications, such as in fast food restaurants,
where control over cooking odors may be necessary, or in museums
and art galleries, where valuable artifacts may need to be protected
from atmospheric corrosion.
AcronZ Filters
are also capable of removing toxic or radioactive contaminants at
research and nuclear establishments. Moreover, the AcronZ Filters
have provided significant improvements to the air quality in public
toilets, and at wholesale fish and poultry markets.
Each AcronZ
Filter consists of 10 panels, which hold specially formulated zeolite
and are evenly assembled into a cabinet. The cabinet and the filter
panels are constructed of coated steel to protect them against corrosion
and distortion under high pressure.
All AcronZ
Filters are sealed with tight linings and fit tightly in the cabinet
to prevent bypassing air. Pre-filters are installed upstream of
the AcronZ Filters to prevent dust particles from clogging the media.

Performance
of AcronZ Air Cleaning / Deodorizing System
The AcronZ
Filters have been put through a series of tests to measure their
ability to remove TVOC, carbon dioxide, and ozone. Results show
80% TVOC is removed. AcronZ also has excellent regeneration properties,
which implies that AcronZ is a perfect material to replace the existing
carbon filters on market.

Different types
of AcronZ are available for applying to the wide range of TVOC,
odor, and dehumidification problems that are found in different
areas. To achieve the best performance of AcronZ, we are pleased

specific purpose.
