Through the comprehensive energy audit and assessment, we unveil the unnecessary use of energy, optimizing efficiency of the Facilities Management (FM) and minimizing the building running and operation cost. We provide our clients this service in the following stages:

1. Reference Data Collection
   Collect information such as energy bills, checklists and layouts/summaries of the energy consuming systems and equipment, including air-conditioning, lighting and electrical apparatus. The Energy Saving Opportunities (ESOs) could be identified at this stage.
2. Preliminary Survey
   Carry out a walk-through survey of the building to identify the area of energy usage and ESOs. We will also determine whether it is worthwhile to proceed to the detailed investigation for those areas. The conclusion is prepared in the form of an interim report. It states the resource and capital input for the further detailed Investigation.
3. Detailed Investigation and Data Analysis
   Proceed a complete review of energy consuming system identified in the interim report. Detailed site measurements are usually required following data analysis, for example, the calculation of the Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV), capital input and rate/period of return of each mitigation.
4. Plan Design and Implementation
   After the detailed investigation and calculation, Energy Management Programs (EMPs) and improvement work are established. With the close communication to the clients, our team will suggest priorities and prompt action to achieve energy savings and efficiency promotion to help our client save money.
